Stretch or Power Stretch 360D

Flexible and light, thinner and more resistant than natural rubber thread, elastane fibre is preferred in the manufacture of clothing: underwear, trousers, socks, tshirts... it retains its original shape even after stretching. Most of our  workwear contain elastane as a main fabric to give more ease of movement in effort for professionals.

We use 2 elastane types.

Detailed explanations below :

STRETCH

Elastane is a synthetic chemical material, found in most  France Textile Production clothes. The terms 'Spandex', 'K-fibre' or 'Lycra' (registered trademarks) are sometimes used to refer to the same fibre, elastane.

It is a synthetic fibre appreciated for its elasticity, which makes it one of the materials of choice in today's textile industry and our design office has understood this. Professionals need to move with ease; their working conditions require constant movement. 'STRETCH' is present in many of our trousers and stretches from left to right.

POWER STRETCH 360D

A fabric that will delight the most active. This material is stretchable in all directions to provide a unique freedom of movement.

The elastane thread is woven into the warp and weft of the fabric to give the garment extra stretch.
This type of weave is more durable and has water-repellent properties due to the tight and elastic weave.
